• Left-click the Windows Start button

• Select the Run menu item

• Enter and confirm the command

[CDROM]:\ Software\LSM_3.0_xxx\Crystal_HotFix11 \setup.exe

in the “Open” dialogue field

• Follow the instructions

Confirm by clicking on Continue to

start the installation.

Read the licence agreement and

accept the terms.

Then select Yes.
